Company-Wide Amazon Developer (SP-API, Ads API & Login with Amazon) Amazon & Walmart Service Provider

Introduction

Seller Drive Global LLC ("Seller Drive Global," "we," "us," or "our") operates Seller Drive Flair and the Flair Platform, a business operations and intelligence platform designed to support authorized marketplace, advertising, operational, reporting, workflow, and decision-support activities.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, protect, retain, and disclose information when users visit our websites, use Flair Platform, connect supported third-party services, or authorize access to Amazon accounts and advertising data.

By using our websites, services, or integrations, users acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1Company & Platform Scope

Company-Wide

Seller Drive Global LLC provides e-commerce, marketplace, advertising, creative, operational, consulting, reporting, and technology-enabled services.

Flair Platform may support integrations with services such as Amazon Selling Partner API, Amazon Ads API, Login with Amazon, Basecamp, HubSpot, and other authorized business systems.

The specific information available to Flair Platform depends on:

  • the services being used;
  • the permissions granted by the applicable user or account owner;
  • the connected provider's API, plan, scope, and access restrictions;
  • Seller Drive Global's approved business purpose; and
  • the user's role and authorization within Flair Platform.

2Information We May Collect and Process

Company-Wide

Flair Platform collects and processes only the personal, business, account, authorization, and operational information reasonably necessary to provide, secure, administer, support, and audit its services.

Depending on the service or integration, this information may include:

  • business-user names;
  • business email addresses;
  • company and client information;
  • employee, administrator, owner, and authorized-user records;
  • marketplace, seller, advertiser, profile, brand, and account identifiers;
  • integration configuration and connection status;
  • OAuth authorization metadata;
  • authentication and authorization records;
  • role and permission information;
  • audit logs and activity records;
  • support requests and communications;
  • operational workflow information;
  • device, browser, log, and security-event information;
  • website usage and analytics information; and
  • other information submitted by authorized users.

We do not use personal or account-related information for purposes unrelated to the authorized services.

Where restricted, sensitive, or customer-related information is incidentally returned through an authorized third-party API, Seller Drive Global limits its access, use, storage, processing, and retention according to the approved business purpose, applicable contractual obligations, and provider policies.

3Amazon Selling Partner API Data

Amazon Developer

When an authorized Amazon seller or account owner connects an Amazon account, Flair Platform may process information permitted through the Amazon Selling Partner API and the roles approved for the application.

Depending on available permissions, this may include:

  • seller and marketplace identifiers;
  • catalog and product information;
  • listings and listing attributes;
  • ASIN and SKU information;
  • inventory information;
  • pricing information;
  • order-related information where authorized;

  • fulfillment-related information;
  • brand and catalog analytics;
  • account and integration status;
  • operational reports;
  • ingestion and synchronization records; and
  • other information permitted by Amazon and authorized by the account owner.

Amazon data is used only for approved marketplace operations, reporting, analysis, workflow support, data quality, account monitoring, decision support, and other authorized services.

Seller Drive Global does not sell Amazon Selling Partner API data or disclose it to unauthorized parties.

4Amazon Ads API and Login with Amazon Data

Amazon Developer

Seller Drive Global may access Amazon advertising data only after an authorized advertiser, account owner, or permitted user grants access through Login with Amazon or another approved Amazon authorization process.

Depending on the authorization and API access granted, Flair Platform may process:

  • advertiser and advertising-profile identifiers;
  • account and marketplace information;
  • portfolios;
  • campaigns;
  • ad groups;
  • advertisements;
  • keywords;
  • targeting and audience information;
  • bids;
  • budgets;
  • placements;

  • recommendations;
  • reporting data;
  • performance metrics;
  • spend, sales, conversion, and attribution information;
  • authorization and connection metadata; and
  • other advertising information permitted by the Amazon Ads API.

We use Amazon Ads data to provide authorized services such as:

  • campaign reporting;
  • performance analysis;
  • campaign monitoring;
  • anomaly and opportunity detection;
  • optimization recommendations;
  • operational workflows;
  • budget and bid review;
  • approved campaign-management activities;
  • audit and governance controls; and
  • other advertising services requested by the authorized advertiser or client.
Seller Drive Global does not sell Amazon advertising data or disclose it to unauthorized third parties. Any advertising-account change or write action must be permitted by the connected account, supported by the applicable authorization, and governed by the platform's configured permissions and operational controls.

5OAuth Authorization and Credential Handling

Amazon Developer

Supported integrations may use OAuth 2.0, Login with Amazon, API credentials, or other provider-approved authorization methods.

OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, authorization codes, client credentials, and related connection records are treated as sensitive credentials.

Where applicable, these credentials are:

  • stored using appropriate technical safeguards;
  • encrypted or otherwise protected according to the platform architecture;
  • restricted to authorized systems and personnel;
  • excluded from public interfaces, logs, source-code repositories, and client-visible responses;
  • used only to maintain integrations expressly authorized by the applicable account owner; and
  • revoked, replaced, rotated, or deleted when required.
Credential presence alone does not establish that an integration is healthy or connected. Flair Platform may perform live validation, health checks, status verification, or authorization checks to determine whether an integration remains usable.

6How We Use Information

Company-Wide

We may use information to:

  • provide and operate Flair Platform;
  • authenticate and authorize users;
  • maintain account and integration connections;
  • retrieve authorized marketplace and advertising data;
  • provide reporting, analysis, monitoring, and decision support;
  • support client and internal operational workflows;
  • generate authorized recommendations;
  • support approved marketplace or advertising actions;
  • maintain security, audit, and compliance records;
  • detect unauthorized access, failures, misuse, or technical incidents;
  • troubleshoot and improve platform functionality;
  • provide customer support;
  • communicate service-related information;
  • administer contracts and business relationships;
  • meet legal, regulatory, contractual, and provider-policy obligations; and
  • protect Seller Drive Global, its users, clients, systems, and service providers.
We do not use authorized Amazon data for unrelated advertising, data brokerage, resale, or unauthorized profiling.

7Human Oversight and Automated Processing

Company-Wide

Flair Platform may use software automation, rules, analytics, and artificial-intelligence-assisted systems — including Viksy Intelligence — to organize data, identify patterns, generate summaries, identify risks or opportunities, recommend actions, and support operational workflows.

These systems are intended to assist authorized users and human decision-makers.

Where platform functionality may create, modify, publish, synchronize, or otherwise affect connected accounts, such actions are subject to the applicable integration permissions, governance controls, configured approval requirements, and operational safeguards.

8Data Sharing and Service Providers

Company-Wide

Seller Drive Global does not sell personal information, Amazon account data, or Amazon advertising data.

We may share information only when reasonably necessary with:

  • authorized Seller Drive Global employees and contractors;
  • the client, advertiser, seller, account owner, or authorized user to whom the information relates;
  • infrastructure and hosting providers;
  • database, storage, security, logging, and monitoring providers;
  • communications and support providers;
  • professional advisers;
  • government, regulatory, or legal authorities when required; and
  • other service providers necessary to operate and secure the platform.
Service providers may process information only as necessary to perform services for Seller Drive Global and are expected to follow applicable confidentiality, contractual, privacy, and security obligations. We do not authorize service providers to use Amazon data for their own independent purposes.

9Client Confidentiality and Data Separation

Amazon & Walmart Service Provider

Seller Drive Global treats client and connected-account information as confidential. Identifiable client-account information is not disclosed to another client or used in a manner that exposes one client's confidential information to another client.

Flair Platform may use aggregated or anonymized information for internal analysis, platform improvement, operational learning, quality measurement, or benchmarking only where the information is processed in a manner designed to prevent identification of an individual client, user, or connected account.

10Data Retention

Company-Wide

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the authorized services;
  • maintain active integrations;
  • support reporting and operational requirements;
  • preserve required audit and security records;
  • comply with contracts;
  • resolve disputes;
  • enforce agreements;
  • meet legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or provider-policy obligations; and
  • protect the security and integrity of the platform.

When information is no longer required, it may be deleted, anonymized, aggregated, or securely disposed of according to applicable retention procedures and technical capabilities.

OAuth credentials and integration records may be deleted or invalidated when an account is disconnected, authorization is revoked, a service relationship ends, or retention is no longer justified, subject to legitimate security, legal, and audit requirements.

11Revocation and Disconnection

Amazon Developer

Account owners and authorized users may revoke or disconnect integrations through:

  • the applicable Amazon account or advertising-account controls, where available;
  • the connected provider's authorization settings;
  • Flair Platform integration controls, where available; or
  • a request submitted to Seller Drive Global.

After revocation, Flair Platform will stop using the revoked authorization for new API activity.

Some limited records may remain where required for security, audit, contractual, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

12Security

Company-Wide

Seller Drive Global uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, loss, or destruction.

Depending on the platform component, these safeguards may include:

  • role-based access controls and least-privilege permissions;
  • credential and secret-management controls;
  • encryption or equivalent protective measures for data in transit and, where applicable, at rest;
  • audit logging and environment separation;
  • controlled integration permissions and input validation;
  • monitoring, error logging, and secure software-development practices;
  • backup and recovery controls; and
  • periodic security review and vulnerability-assessment activities appropriate to the platform's architecture, maturity, and risk profile.
No system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Seller Drive Global therefore does not guarantee absolute security.

13International Processing

Company-Wide

Seller Drive Global may process information in the United States and other locations where its personnel, affiliates, contractors, or service providers operate.

Where required, we use appropriate contractual, organizational, and technical measures intended to protect information transferred across jurisdictions.

14Website Cookies and Analytics

Company-Wide

Our websites may use cookies, analytics technologies, server logs, and similar tools to:

  • operate website functionality;
  • maintain security;
  • remember preferences;
  • understand website traffic;
  • diagnose technical problems; and
  • improve website and service performance.

Users may manage cookies through browser settings, subject to the limitations of those settings and the effect on website functionality.

15User Rights and Requests

Company-Wide

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights regarding their personal information, including rights to:

  • request access;
  • request correction;
  • request deletion;
  • request restriction;
  • object to certain processing;
  • request portability; or
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
These rights may be subject to legal, contractual, security, recordkeeping, and verification requirements. Requests may be submitted using the contact information in Section 19 below.

16Children's Privacy

Company-Wide

Flair Platform and Seller Drive Global's business services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the platform for consumer-facing purposes.

17Third-Party Services

Company-Wide

Flair Platform may link to or integrate with third-party platforms. Those services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and authorization models.

Seller Drive Global is not responsible for third-party privacy practices outside the information processed by Seller Drive Global through an authorized integration.

The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through appropriate service or account notices.
